PAYMENT TERMS:

The prices quoted are per person and day, including all taxes, including tourist tax.

DEPOSIT:

To correct your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

SINGLE ROOM SURCHARGE:

€ 15.00 per day

SHORT-TERM STAY:

Up to three days: 20% surcharge

CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT

Children up to two years free, three to five years 50% discount and six to twelve years 30%.

PAYMENT ON SITE:

To avoid long queues on the day of departure, we ask you to pay your room bill the evening before.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. If you cannot arrive before dinner on the day of arrival, please let us know.

PETS:

After a verbal agreement before arrival, pets are welcome in our guest house (Rainerhaus). Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining areas. We charge € 50 for final room cleaning.
